I am Tom Gellett
Tom joined Clarity in May 2014 and has successfully implemented the Clarity technology across multiple staff groups the NHS and Local Authorities. He is a very experienced Project Manager, PRINCE2 qualified with over seven years' experience in the NHS, Managed Service and information technology sectors.
Tom is responsible for Implementation and Quality Assurance at Clarity and leads an exceptional team of people. He firmly believes good people lead to good implementations. His team continue to shape our products and service development ensuring we continue to deliver a market leading solution. ‘’I truly believe ‘We make complex simple.' Our technology and people help to ensure this is the case. My goal with each implementation is to ensure we not only provide the technical knowledge, but work in a collaborative way with our clients to ensure the solution best meets their operational requirements.’’

I am Ollie Lewis
Ollie has worked in the NHS since leaving University, initially taking up a position at Bart’s Health then moving to work for NHS Professionals managing temporary staffing contracts in Hertfordshire and North London, where he successfully improved bank fill and reduced agency spend in all staff groups.
Ollie joined Clarity in May 2017 and since then has helped Clarity customers generate savings of over £3m by driving Direct Engagement (DE), transitioning workers to Claritystaffbanks and reducing agency spend by advising on best practice. We place great emphasis on utilising data to improve temporary staffing booking behaviours.

I am Emma Dandy
Operations Manager - Leeds Team
Emma first joined Clarity in December 2016 as Business Development Manager for the North. She's worked in the Public sector for over 14 years, spending 3 years at Lancashire Care as an experienced HR Transformation Manager. Emma was responsible for the delivery of HR strategy and Business Plans, successfully managing a CQC audit and undertaking Operational Management of Temporary and Medical Staffing teams.

I am Alistair Lewis
I'm responsible for the diagnostics, implementation, management, sales and service delivery of the Clarity solution prior to and upon the completion of signed contracts. I work as part of the implementation team to supervise the overall organisation of the Clarity product and delivery. I liaise with senior executives within Clarity, clients and agency suppliers working with our 3rd party technology platform, Skillstream.
I joined the Clarity team in September 2018 as Business Analyst. Before Clarity, my passion for tech began in an Operational Support role with a small start-up which helped me gain insight into IT infrastructure and Software Development. I was responsible supporting System Administrator, Developers and Customers. With a keen desire to support the customer through the use of technology it prompted me to move into a Business Analyst role and developed my understanding of Project Management techniques utilising PRINCE2.
I’m proud to work in a business driving efficiencies through technology in the NHS, thereby reducing waste and improving services. By building a strong understanding with the trusts and tailoring technology, I believe Clarity can offer something unique to its clients.

I'm a Luton Town Supporter with a soft spot for Chelsea. I love Sci-Fi, comics and collecting things to build. I am a "cat person" through and through.
I am Tyler Marshall
Tyler ensures clients and candidates alike are comfortable using the system and completing their daily tasks, maintaining system stability and raising any abnormalities to the developers for a efficient resolution. Tyler runs payroll and weekly reports for existing clients and holds monthly webinars for existing and recently on-boarded agencies.
Tyler's professional background has been in technical supportive roles for the last 4 years, which he thoroughly enjoys. Diagnosing faults and ensuring their resolution comes to fruition in a speedy manner is something he is most passionate about. He joined the Clarity support team in January 2017 and has thoroughly enjoyed the role whilst building relationships with his team members.
Having previously worked in the betting industry, Tyler is happy to be supporting a technology that was fundamentally built to improve lives and ensure cost efficiency within the NHS.

I am Eric Phong Manh Ly
Partnerships and Compliance Coordinator
Eric supports the Partnership team in the day to day management of the subcontractor relations across all of Clarity and HCL’s master vend and neutral vend contracts. He is also responsible for supporting the compliance administration of Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust's bank workers. Eric has previous coordinator experience from his tenure at Barclays where he was assigned various projects. After which he joined the Clarity team in 2018 as Compliance and Partnerships Coordinator.

I am Tony Ha
Tony advises and assists our clients, suppliers and candidates on how to best use the Clarity system. He is the link between our technology partners and the users of the system, should they experience any technical issues. In addition to this, he supports our clients and the Clarity team with reporting, payroll, software improvement, training and implementation. Tony is a highly enthusiastic professional with two years' experience in IT support from Barclays. Tony is highly skilled in tracking details, meeting deadlines and following up with internal stake holders and approvers. He joined Clarity in July 2018 and is thriving in his new role as support analyst.

I am Tony Hall
Booking Officer - Leeds Team
Tony has worked as a recruitment consultant in the healthcare sector before joining Clarity in February 2018. He comes with a wealth of experience in recruiting doctors of all grades and specialities, with particular emphasis on locum doctors for the NHS. He now supports the Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust and is really proud of the work Clarity have done.

He has a keen interest in free-fall parachuting and clay pigeon shooting. Emphasis on clay pigeon.
